St. Hilda's N1 Annual Concert
Leaenn had her first pre-school concert appearance on 21 Sep 2012.
Daddy and Mummy was so looking forward to the day as we were very eager and excited to see how our little girl would perform. Moreover, Leaenn, together with 2 of her classmates were selected to introduce her class to the audience with a short speech......
I was worried that Leaenn may freak out and cry on stage. However, my worry was unfounded. Leaenn and her classmates delivered their speech with great composure. Well Done, Girl! Leaenn thoroughly enjoyed herself and even told me that she wants to perform in concerts again.

Makan Time
Leaenn is an amazing eater. She is very enthusiastic and adventurous about food and feeding her is always a breeze. I guess this is a trait inherited from me. =) Daddy, on the other hand, is an extremely fussy eater and totally unadventurous about food. So little Keaen Boy's eating habit may go either way. At the back of my mind, I'm always thinking...please....please....don't be like Daddy.....
Our little boy had his first solid meal >> rice cereal at exactly 6 months (30 June 2012).
I was so looking forward to start Keaen on solid and to my dismay, it turned out to be a nightmare for an entire month. After 2 to 3 spoonful of feeding, Keaen would always refuse to open his mouth for more. PoPo and I had to try all sorts of ways to distract and feed him. It was PaINFUL!!! Feeding him was a great struggle every single meal. I was truly stressed and paranoid about this as I have seen friends' children who dislike food and battle during every meal. I would call home almost every afternoon to check with PoPo how's the feeding for the day, and she would update me: took 2 hours, 1.5 hours, tried all sorts of ways, etc..... It kind of spoil my day after every call.....
And then, guess what! My little boy started to be like his dear jie jie once he turned 7 months. WHEW!!! He shows great enthusiasm in every meal, and would even complain if we are too slow to feed him.......YEAH! Hope this continues.......

Keaen's 1st Hair Cut
Hmm.... SGD 22 or SGD 7?
Leaenn had her first hair cut at around 3 months and being first time parents then, Josh and I brought her to Junior League for a SGD 22 hair cut and was bombarded by the elderlies saying we must be crazy.....
Well... yes... is a little expensive....hee.....
This was LEAENN then......
Our little man had his first hair cut at 7 months. Sorry Boy, think SGD 7 should be just as good....haha.....
